I've tried multiple times to sign up for hero hero with the link, and never get the email they send to sign up. It's not in my junk or spam folders either. Not sure what to do at this point. 😪
I signed up for hero hero. I have always been the beanpole, eat as much as I want and work out. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been made fun of for my size. I always wished that I was somewhere in the middle. My whole family is the same. For us it’s just genetics.
Signed up for the New website. I'm assuming it's still Yankee dollars, so I can't be sure how long I'll be able to stay subscribed. But Thank You for the Special Deal.
Regarding eating or not before a show, I can see not eating. When I do public speaking, even in front of what I know is a friendly audience, I still get stomach flutters, so it's better if said stomach is empty, so I won't get nauseated.
