Hey friends. I’ll get straight to the point because I am extremely exhausted.
I had to leave my shows in Raleigh early to drive home and be with family and friends as our little circle deals with an unexpected tragedy
As y’all know, round here we take care of our people, so for the next few days I will be focusing on being a great friend, father, husband, etc
I will unfortunately not be able to do the Sunday sermon this week, nor Colonel Cornbread.
On a positive note, The Colonel Cornbread Episode has already been written, so what I’ve decided is that at the end of the week, I will write the next episode as well, and then put out 1 larger super hittin episode!
After that, things will be back to normal.
I’m very aware that I don’t have to apologize to y’all, but I’m going to anyways because my favorite thing is entertaining you, and I hate when I fail!
If anyone wants a refund on their subscription this month, I would be happy to take care of you, just shoot me a message!
Love y’all and I’ll see you soon! If you happen to be the praying type, maybe throw one up for my family, friends, and hometown

At least you know you don't need to apologize! It's not a failure when you're taking care of priorities. We'll be here when you're back. Love ya
I'll be here and looks like a lot of others will, too.
It's sort of ... weird? to think of oneself as part of an invisible family, but I do.
You take care of yourself, now and afterwards. I think the afterward part is unexpectedly the hardest to deal with -- after the cupcakes and casseroles have been eaten and the family and friends have gone home, and you're left at the kitchen table, still in possession of and possessed by the Awful Fact.
But your fans are here, and that includes me. Wish I could send a more tangible hug.
