The movie is really well done. Visually stunning, message is really good, I felt bad for Ken AND for Barbie. Everyone in the theater had pink on which was pretty funny. Saw it with Beck, the kids, and Crazy Granny.

1...Thanks for the thanks to us, your followers and supporters.

2...Thanks for giving back way more than I give to you (my opinion, sincerely!)

3...I’m Barbie neutral. Won’t make an effort to see the movie but if someone plays it once it’s online and I can watch it that way, fine. If not, also fine.

4...Still Barbie related, methinks there’s a chamber pot full of vagina envy at work on the majestically fragile far-right Penis Land.

5...RE Buttercream Dream, confessing I’m not very familiar with this slice of the CRF pie. Thanks for the additional insight!

6...RE wrestling in general, also confessing I haven’t watched, followed, or even been significantly exposed since the late 80s. The only thing I remember from those days is my boyfriend at the time and his friend group calling me Scary Sherri because I had the same first name as one of the wrestlers’ consort. (Have I missed much in the past 35 years?? JK! Just a self-dig at my old age 😆)

I have not kept up with the alpha males being threatened by an anatomically incorrect doll. I'm going to miss the movie. Loved your rant and happy to support you. Welcome back Buttercream.

Barbie is the perfect movie and after seeing it, I get why "they" are mad. It made me feel seen in ways I didn't know were possible. But yeah Ken is an accessory and that has to hurt their feelings. Whoops!

The Sound of Freedom is only popular because conservative orgs are bulk buying the tickets; the theaters are sitting empty for the showings, or with very few actual people in attendance. They're astroturfing its appeal.

I listened to the whole thing (I think), but didn't hear any Buttercream! SKEW!

Couldn't agree more on Stone Cold. The best moments were the sound of breaking glass right when you didn't expect it. Absolute euphoria.

SKEW! BcD return is a highlight of 2023 so far.

I am HOWLING!!! Re this rant, the latest Buttercream Dream, and just your humor and sensibilities in general, I can't tell you how awesome it is to hear all this come flying out with a Southern accent. I'm just so proud. Looking forward to the essay!!! Woo hoo!!! Re the Barbie-burning bros, bless their special little tender hearts.

A triumphant return to the squared circle for god's favorite Georgian, The Buttercream Dream!! The character work is absolutely an art, just like wrestling itself. I feel like there is a lot of overlap in loser 'alphas' like Crowder and Shapiro, who weren't able to hack it in your business, and the kind of people who think comedy or wrestling are easy.

"The dream we have is of sweet things. Buttercream. Instantly understood once indulged, never the same. Yes." Sorry I felt like trying some poetry lol! Love you brother!

I saw Oppenheimer and it was great. I recommend it. I hope reading the news doesn't bring you down too bad. Just look at your son's face and that should bring a smile to your face.

Loved the rant! I do understand about protecting your mental health. I hope you can find the balance that works best for you. Always rooting for you.

The only reason that alpha male movie is successful is because the tickets are being bulk bought. Just like conservatives books hit the bestseller list
