Corey, some mornings I wake up just feeling like I need to read Corey’s essay first thing. I don’t exactly know why but I do. Once read I feel better about starting my day. It doesn’t matter if you’re writing about something I hate to hear, it still makes me feel more equipped for the day. I always keep a spare unread Corey essay in case I need a hit during the day,if you must know. Nothing makes me giggle like you. You help me keep a more balanced perspective.
Spring used to be my favorite, but our Fall (live in FL so our Fall is really Christmas through Winter. Is now my favorite. I love opening the windows & hearing kids yelling, birds chirping & dogs barking. Of course, I still have the AC on but looking forward to our Fall in a month or so...

No one is gonna invite me to any family function. And if they did i wouldnt go. Snow Hill NC would be a smoking crater from the fallout of if I did. Theyd have to rename the town after a new massacre. (Side history note. Its named after murdering natives yay. Fun.) I haven't been to a real Thanksgiving dinner in over a decade. It's just another day to me like all holidays. So I eat cinnamon all year. #rebelwithasummercinnamonbun
