As a KY hillbilly of Scottish decent (ever so great grandpa William was kicked out of Scotland for siding with the Bonnie Prince), I approve this joke of the day. :-)

PS: "Ruddy" is considered a substitute for "Bloody." SKEW!

And "Bloody" is offensive in that usage. U2's album is effectively "Sunday, fucking Sunday" although not that offensive.

I believe the U2 song is about the events in 1972. It's "bloody" in the carnage sense and not the fuckin' around sense.

There is a reason why both Southern and Scottish are the funniest, they are related! All those Scots Irish folks who came over and settled down South! Rednecks and HIllbillies from the old country came right over here and kept on being who they were :)
