Brad Paisley had a song called “All Because Two People Fell In Love” (or at least I think that’s the title, I’m too lazy to google)
It’s about the reason we are all here. It’s a beautiful sentiment, but as I trace my family history I realize that sure, I’m here because of my parents… but my parents only met because two people did something horrible. And for years I’ve hated those people for what they did to them, but the more I think about it, it doesn’t matter why the butterfly flaps its wings, so long as it does!
